Red Rock Training does not make any representations or warranties in relation to the content appearing on "the Website", which also contains images and content that may be protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. "The Website" also contains links to third party websites and to material and information created and maintained by organisations other than Red Rock Training. The inclusion of a link is not intended to reflect the importance of the third party materials accessed through it, nor is it intended to endorse any views expressed, accuracy of material, products or services offered or other information made available on a third party website and accessed by means of the link.
Links are provided solely for the convenience of users, and Red Rock Training does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any third party information or material accessed by means of such a link, nor does it make any representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of content appearing on the site. Red Rock Training will similarly not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by relying on the content contained in "the Website". Any person or entity that relies on information contained herein does so at his or her own risk with Red Rock Training not being liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including (without limitation) lost revenues or lost profits resulting from the use or misuse of the information contained in Red Rock Training web pages.
No pages on "the Website" may be copied, downloaded, printed or circulated to others, whether they be; employees, agents, representatives, clients or any other third party without specific written consent from Red Rock Training.
Access to content on "the Website" can be facilitated by either a course specific agreement or a library access agreement, with purchase of access either by Card, BACs, Paypal payment or by monthly direct debit through GoCardless. Costs associated with access will be invoiced under specific agreement and subject to our standard Terms and Conditions. Failure to make any payment within the timescale specified will result in either a late payment charge of 8% of the value of the invoice or the cancellation of any agreed discount for the period (whichever is the greater). Any costs incurred by Red Rock as a result of failed or cancelled payments will be recharged and added back to your account. Non payment of part of an agreed payment plan may result in the immediate termination of access to the website at the sole discretion of Red Rock.
In addition, access to "the Website" under any form of agreement with a client offers access solely to employees of the client named on the original (or any subsequent) invoice. Use of "the Website" and its content by anyone other than individuals directly employed by that client is prohibited and full RRP for each programme accessed will be charged to the client under the Terms of Use.
It is the sole responsibility of any customer purchasing access codes to ensure that the correct code is supplied to the correct person within their employ. Any access code issued in error may, at the sole discretion of Red Rock, be credited back to the client if the associated course has not been accessed by the user in any way however ANY course issued and accessed/opened by the user cannot be credited, refunded, exchanged or transferred to another user
We continually aim to support our clients with useful and relevant information. All such information is advisory and may be made available in various formats that can be accessed through your use of the system. By making such content available Red Rock is at no time endorsing information, recommending any actions or making any kind of political or sector body statements.
